This is the second one i send cause i just found out the word limit.

For this task,I had decided to research on a leader of america,OBAMA.The traits he possessed are that he is very responsible when doing his job as the president and had never push the responsibility to others,having a quick reaction in terms of crisis to come then he would be able to come up with a solution to solve the problem immediately and he would never let out his frustrations when there are crisis to come and to be able to do this when a big crisis come,it is really hard.I think that he had reacted well during the lehman brothers financial crisis although there're still some flaws but generally,he had done well during the stressful times and at that time,he was just the new president of United States America for only less than 6 months so the if there are flaws,we will be able to understand it.
