Lee Kuan Yew was hardworking, democratic, persistent and always looked for the good of his people. During the communist scare, he did not give up on his conquest to win seats in the parliament for PAP, but rather struggled back valiantly. A good leader never gives up, for if he/she does, how will the group members be able to have the morale to carry on?
