Pursuing excellence should not just accomplishing a job or task. When you do planning, you do it by backwards planning. But excellence cannot be achieved by backwards planning.
Good leaders have good character which includes drive, energy, determination, self-discipline and willpower .
When facing stressful situations , a good leader does not panic and stays calm. He or she will take the first step by leading the others on how to overcome the situation. Leaders will also do the right thing at the right time . They will not vent their anger on others when frustrated and also try not to get frustrated at little setbacks .
