Leaders are always calm in stressful situations,which contributes to the fact that they can manage crisis well under stressful situations. Leaders control their attitude and focus on results. They are rationale in thinking and fair to everyone.Because of these qualities,during stressful crises,a Leader will then emerge from the crowd.And last but not least,leaders solve problems with integrity and honesty.Otherwise they will never earn the respect of their own group members/people.
