I think the traits of good leaders are having Mission,Vision,Goal,Competency,A strong team, Inspiration,Ambition,A "can do, get it done" attitude,Interpersonal skills,Communication skills.
A good leader will always be calm and cool in stressful situations and they always think twice before they react and they react fast and a good leader will always have a good solution of solving a situation.
