I think some of the traits a good leader possess good team orientation skills which allows the leader to take care of the group and ensure that the group is performing at its best, good listening skills which allow the leader to always listen to everybody's opinion and take time to bond with the group members, just and impartial which means the leader cannot be biased towards a certain person or idea.
I think a good leader thinks calmly, does not panic and calmly thinks of a solution to the crisis while rallying the group to stand united and overcome the crisis together. The leader must also calm and be able to reassure the group members and let them have faith in that the solution to the crisis will work.
