Traits that leaders possess:

1. Good leaders know themselves.

2. Good leaders are committed.

3. Good leaders are open to change.

4. Good leaders go the extra mile.

I think when leaders are under stressful conditions, they should first calm down and relax then find out the real problem to their crisis and work hard to solve it. He/She may also give encouragement to his/her team members to tell them to work hard. It is also not wrong to have little breaks for the team to relax.
